For school, we had to do a portrait of someone. So I decided to draw Takasugi Satomi. She's a Japanese singer, and her music is very relaxing.
So yes, I'm quite happy with the outcome...you can't really see detail on this picture. I would've scanned it but my scanner's an unco-operative fool. Some parts are meant to be darker than what appear on this. Like the eyes/lashes/fringe. But whatever!
Hope you all like.....it's A4 in size, and was drawn using 6H, 2H, B, 4B and 6B graphite pencils.
You are the best artist ever. I seriously admire everything you do and i always will !!!!!!!!!!! Hehe i so totally saw you draw most of this ^__^ *proud* hah
Honestly I thought it was a photograph at first. Great job, as you already know.

Sorry if I am harsh, I know if you respect art and design you will see my comments as constructive criticism and not an insult (Critiquing on DA is dangerous sometimes).
Aw....thank you SO much Rachael! It may not seem like it, but I REALLY do appreciate it when I get comments from you and whoever else. Really! They're so encouraging. Thanks a million.

A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
