Description
Well, I got this assignment on Shakespeare in English. There were three parts to it, and the third was a creative piece. Now, why we had to do art in english beats me...butchaknow...I'm not complaining.
Alright, I went and bought a small, cheap canvas, painted that...got some paper..made it look how it looks..like, y'know..parchment.
On the ' parchment' are some of his most famous quotes from a number of his plays, such as...Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer night's dream, Caesar, Hamlet, Macbeth and I think there was another..oh and there's a sonnet on there too..you know that one..."Shall I compare thee to a summer's day.." blah blah.
I made the quill (yes...it's a quill) out of newspaper. At first I wanted to keep the 'stick'...like, without the 'feathers'...I was tempted to make it into a wand (HarryPotterFreak^_^) but, well, I didn't.
The ink bottle is also made from newspaper.
Then I stuck it all on...yuuup.
I must say, this was quite fun to do.
Initially I was going to do a portrait of Shakespeare, but I don't like doing portraits for school..it takes all the enjoyment out of it...
So, yes.
Thank you for viewing
